Scope of application: Sales, conception and implementation of seminars

As a company in the adult education sector, we are aware of our special social responsibility towards our learners and our contribution to public awareness.

We know our contribution to building relationships in the education system and act accordingly. We take into account all pedagogical, scientific and technical developments that are important for learning and teaching.

We have adopted a mission statement and derived a corporate vision from it. These form the basis of our actions at all levels of teaching, student support, administration and relationships with external partners.

We observe the principle of legality and respect the generally recognized customs of the countries in which we operate. Our self-imposed regulations, guidelines and voluntary commitments apply as a minimum standard.

This includes our ethical standards and rules of conduct for:

• Teachers to fulfill their professional activity,
• the self-regulation of educational staff,
• equal treatment of all learners regardless of their ethnic and cultural background and their mental and physical abilities,
• the health, safety and well-being of apprentices and our employees,
• consideration of the rights and needs of all interested parties directly or indirectly connected with the teaching organization,
• respectful treatment of our apprentices as well as our employees, business partners and other contributors in our social environment, and
• for the management and handling of intellectual property.
• Integrity and respect for internationally recognized human rights determine our actions at all levels.

Financial responsibility and thus compliance with the legal requirements of proper accounting and disclosure regulations are a matter of course for us.
