Your training is therefore a key factor in ensuring success.
We, the EDAG Academy, want to ensure that you as a future trainer are able to meet these high standards. To give you an overview, we would like to briefly introduce the training program:
The program is structured into three modules, each lasting four days. After completing all three modules, a one-day final examination follows.
Upon successful completion of the exam, you will receive your trainer certification.
Across the progressive modules, you will be equipped with all the necessary tools and trained to design target-group-oriented training sessions. In addition to professional skills, your personal development is also an integral part of the program.
Both together shape your identity as a trainer.
YOU AS A TRAINER
Our training approach is tailored to your individual situation:
Whether you want to learn the fundamentals of training delivery, expand or deepen your existing knowledge, or prepare for an additional certification—your professional development as a trainer is at the core.
As a target-group-oriented knowledge facilitator and learning coach, your identity as a trainer is crucial. From conception and planning to methodology and didactics, and through to communication and pedagogy—you will learn and develop your various roles as a trainer.
FOR TEAMS
We are happy to offer a customized training location for groups of six or more participants.
We would be pleased to arrange a training date that suits your specific requirements.
Module E – Education
You will learn what tasks await you before a training session can take place. This includes everything from the design and preparation to the follow-up of a training course.
Module D – Depiction
Your task is to convey knowledge and design a day of learning. In the advanced training, you will be provided with the most important tools to do so.
Participants are actively involved in the training. Key seminar methods such as facilitation, group work, practical exercises, role plays, video recordings, and online training play an essential role in the course.
Module A – Around Me
Only when you, as a composed trainer in harmony with yourself, are present can a training session be successful for your participants.
Participants are actively involved in the training. Key communication methods such as rhetoric and body language, role plays and practical applications play an essential role in the seminar. Video recordings of individual training sequences will provide additional support.
